DTK Law Firm is seeking a legal researcher for DTK Lab, the Firm’s distinct initiative for research and scholarly documentation of matters relating to spatial planning, urban planning and environmental law. The position focuses on the systematic analysis of case law, regulatory developments and institutional data at the national, European and comparative level.
Main Responsibilities
- - Collection, analysis and synthesis of legislation, case law and policy texts.
- - Drafting of research notes, policy briefs, legal overviews and comparative tables.
- - Supporting the team in the systematic documentation of DTK Lab projects.
- - Monitoring developments in environmental, spatial planning and urban planning law.
- - Participation in the preparation of scholarly publications, editions and research initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- - Law degree or a related postgraduate qualification in public law, environmental law, European law or public policy.
- - Strong legal research skills and structured written analysis.
- - Excellent command of Greek and very good command of English.
- - Familiarity with legal databases and case-law research.
- - Precision, consistency and interest in scholarly documentation.
Desired Experience
- - Experience in research work, academic publishing or drafting legal studies.
- - Familiarity with comparative legal research or European regulatory frameworks.
- - Knowledge of sustainable development, institutional design or environmental governance issues.
