DTK Law Firm is seeking a lawyer to support cases in public, spatial planning, urban planning and environmental law. The position involves advisory and litigation management of complex projects, the preparation of legal documentation, and the monitoring of regulatory and case-law developments.
Main Responsibilities
- - Legal research and drafting of memoranda on matters of administrative, spatial planning, urban planning and environmental law.
- - Support in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, memoranda and legal reports.
- - Monitoring legislation, case law and regulatory developments affecting projects and investments.
- - Participation in the preparation of case files for administrative procedures, permitting/licensing and court representation.
- - Collaboration with the Firm's team on the structured mapping of legal risks and strategic options.
Required Qualifications
- - Law degree and license to practice law.
- - Sound knowledge of administrative law and interest in spatial planning, urban planning and environmental law.
- - Ability to conduct complex legal research and draft clearly.
- - Excellent command of Greek and very good command of English.
- - Consistency, professional ethics and ability to work collaboratively on demanding projects.
Desired Experience
- - Experience in administrative disputes or project permitting/licensing matters.
- - Familiarity with environmental, urban planning or spatial planning legislation.
- - Experience drafting legal memoranda, opinions or pleadings.
