Service Objective
Deliver authoritative, evidence-based analysis of legal and public policy frameworks.
- Specialised legal research, regulatory compliance, cross-border legal analysis, and mapping and assessment of applicable legislative frameworks for private entities and
- assessment studies regarding the implementation of European Union and national legislation, as well as reviews of harmonisation and transposition into the domestic legal order for public sector bodies and institutions.

A. Legal & Policy Research and Regulatory Analysis
Continuous monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments across the European Union and its Member States.
- Collect and synthesize legislation, case law, and public policy documents at both EU and Member State level.
- Conduct specialized legal research to support compliance with EU and national legislation, including sector-specific regulatory frameworks.
- Provide legal interpretation and assess the implementation and transposition of EU legislation at Member State level, including legislative and policy assessments and transposition assessments.
- Prepare legal reports, white papers, and policy briefs.
Β. Cross-border Research, Comparative Analysis & Assessment
- Preparation of comparative tables and consolidated findings concerning legislative and regulatory compliance at European and national level, including regional and local jurisdictions (e.g. Länder level in Germany, regional administrative authorities in Italy, etc.)
- Analysis of judicial decisions at all levels (local/regional, national, including supreme and constitutional courts) and preparation of substantiated legal conclusions
- Preparation of comparative matrices, compliance findings, and assessments regarding the implementation and application of legislation
- Design of questionnaires, where required, for the collection of legal and policy data across multiple jurisdictions
